PPC-CC #40 Winners!

Sorry about the late post for winners!! It's Sandy stepping in for Megan this week and it totally slipped my mind till I came to the blog looking to see who won last week's challenge! We didn't get a very big turnout but the cards made were still absolutely stunning.
